When you're selecting a real estate agent, it's a good idea to pick one with a track record of success and productivity. And the best place to look for someone like that? A RE/MAX office, according to the findings of an annual industry survey released last week.
In the 2013 REAL Trends 500, which ranked the top U.S. brokerages by 2012 sales and sales volume, RE/MAX agents continued a long tradition of outproducing their competitors.
RE/MAX agents in the study averaged 17.1 closed sales last year, more than double the 7.9 average of all other agents whose brokerages participated.
Your home purchase or sale is a big deal. You want the best possible professional guiding you through the process. So would you rather choose your agent from a group averaging 17.1 successful outcomes a year or from a group averaging less than half that number?
Find a RE/MAX agent who can help you get the results you're looking for.
